Residential and Commercial roofing inspections and monitoring.

  • Standard RGB (standard photography) inspections can help locate possible problem areas on a roof without ever having to climb on the roof.
  • Infrared (heat sensing photography) roofing membrane inspections, when implemented and analyzed properly, can help locate standing moisture under the membrane. Again, image capture and initial analysis can be done completely from the ground. This can significantly decrease the time to pinpoint and address problem areas.
  • One Off Roof Inspections – roof inspections before, during, and after any work is to be performed provides photographic and video records of the entire process. These records can be crucial in the case of litigation and for insurance purposes. And for roofers and and construction companies it’s also a great way to create a portfolio of current and completed projects for marketing purposes.
  • Regularly Scheduled Site Inspections – regularly scheduled inspections for the duration of a construction or development project can offer many insights into the progress and potential problem areas of ongoing projects. The resulting images and video can also be used to create portfolios of time-lapse and real-time videos for marketing purposes.
Construction and development site inspections and monitoring.

  • One Off Site Inspection – scheduled site inspections before, during, and after construction and development projects can offer many insights into proposed building sites (infrared can sometimes point out underground anomalies), progress of ongoing projects, and proof of project completion. It’s also a great way to create a portfolio of current and completed projects for marketing purposes.

The resulting images and video can also be used to create portfolios of time-lapse and real-time videos for marketing, financial, and insurance purposes.
Vertical Structures Inspections and monitoring (radio/communications towers, electrical distribution systems, any vertical structure).

  • Other vertical structures – Water towers, grain and feed silos, storage vats and tanks, etc…
  • Infrared imaging – this can be extremely helpful in pointing out hot spots on structures where that might be of concern.
  • One off inspections- One off inspections of vertical structures can help identify and visually confirm suspected structural issues.
  • Scheduled Inspections – regularly scheduled inspections can be used to continually monitor structures. Creating a permanent portfolio of photographic and video records of the state of the structure. This can be used for everything from marketing to financial and banking purposes.
Public infrastructure inspections and monitoring (Public buildings, bridges, tunnels, publicly owned land).

    • Regularly Scheduled Inspections – in the public space both RGB and infrared images and video can be invaluable for oversight.
    • One off inspections- inspections for existing public structures and land areas, pre-project site survey, identifying hard to reach trouble spots, record of completion.
